Now Hiring: Social Services Director

Responsibilities:

• Identify residents' psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs.
• Complete Social History and Psychosocial assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to protect residents’ rights.
• Prevent and address resident abuse as mandated by law.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Administrator.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Computer skills.
• Build and maintain rapport with residents and staff.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

License:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related human-services field, including sociology, gerontology, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, or special education.
• One year of experience in a long-term care setting.
