Wage Range:$60,000 - $75,000 /year DOE

About You:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in social work, geriatric care or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, gerontology or a related field is preferred.
• Working knowledge of social services laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, medical records and clinical software programs.
