Job summary

Pikes Peak Post Acute in Colorado Springs seeks a Social Services Director to lead the facility's psychosocial care. You will supervise social work staff, coordinate with clinical teams, and ensure residents' emotional and social well-being are integral to care.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Social Work or Human Services, with MSW preferred, plus at least two years of supervised social work experience in a health care setting, ideally in post-acute or skilled nursing facilities.
