Job summary

Pikes Peak Post Acute is seeking a Social Services Director to lead resident psychosocial services and collaborate with clinical teams to enhance patient-centered care.

Roles require a Bachelor's in Social Work or Human Services (MSW preferred), plus relevant supervised experience in health care settings. This is a full-time position supporting residents in a skilled nursing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or in Human Services - MSW preferred.
• 2 years of supervised social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals.
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility is a plus.

Successful candidates:

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or in Human Services - MSW preferred

Rate: $65,000-75,000/year
