Job summary

Pikes Peak Post Acute in the United States is seeking a Social Services Director to lead resident psychosocial care. You will oversee social work services and coordinate with care teams to enhance quality of life.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's in Social Work or Human Services (MSW preferred) and have at least two years of supervised social work experience in a health care setting, preferably in post-acute or skilled nursing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Human Services; MSW preferred.
• 2 years of supervised social work experience in a health care setting.
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and provide social services to meet the facility residents' psychosocial needs.
• Collaborate with care teams to enhance resident quality of life and ensure regulatory compliance.

Successful candidates:
