Job summary

Marin Post Acute in San Rafael, California, seeks an experienced Social Services Director to lead the Social Services Department and advance resident-centered programs. • Knowledge of discharge planning, care coordination, and resident advocacy; excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

What You'll Do
