Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless seeks a full-time Social Services Coordinator to lead Community Support Workers, drive program performance, and ensure integrated wrap-around services for unhoused clients. You will supervise, train, and coach staff while maintaining strong data reporting and adherence to CCSS and HIPAA standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services.
• 4 years of experience in social services or behavioral health with AHCH target population.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Master’s degree or commensurate work experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

• Monitor day-to-day activities and productivity of the teams.
• Provide training, performance reviews, coaching, and professional development.
• Bridge service gaps by covering CCSS caseloads during staff absences.
• Coordinate clinical supervision of CSWs per CCSS standards with supervisors.
• Track billing data and communicate program impact for funders.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and quality assurance across CSW activities.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Health and Social Services Directors.
• Maintain proficiency in the EHR and participate in program evaluations.
