Job summary

Tulsa Housing Authority (THA) is seeking a Social Services Coordinator to support residents through intake, case management, and coordinated services that promote self-sufficiency and economic development in Tulsa. You will identify barriers and connect residents with programs in education, life skills, and youth activities to build a better future.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of related social services experience, plus a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and reliable

Related experience can be work, volunteer, or internship experience in a social services field.
Must have valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Provide intake, case management, needs assessment, planning, coordination, and delivery of services supporting economic development and self-sufficiency for THA residents.
Identify barriers and offer programs to enhance quality of life and prepare residents to enter the workforce.
Design, implement and facilitate self-sufficiency programs as well as basic needs, life skills, parenting, safety, mentoring, crime prevention and networking with outside agencies.
