Job summary

Dove Healthcare seeks a Social Service Coordinator to support residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs and to complete psychosocial assessments as part of a person-centered care team.

You will coordinate needed services and support residents in reaching their highest possible level of well-being, while guiding the social services department’s day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in social work or related health care field preferred.
