Job summary

Mountain View Post Acute is hiring a Social Services Assistant to support social work programs under the direction of the Social Services Director. This full-time role involves planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing social service initiatives for residents in a skilled nursing environment.

Candidates with health-care experience and post-acute facility exposure are preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is also welcomed

• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• High school diploma or its equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
