Job summary

Windsor House Inc. is seeking an Experienced Social Worker to join Parkside Health Care Center in Columbiana, OH 44408.

The role focuses on organizing, developing and coordinating aspects of resident care and on initial and ongoing assessments to meet resident needs. Qualifications include at least one year of social service work in a long-term care setting (preferred but not required), flexibility in hours, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• LSW or a degree in social work is required.
• One year of social service work in a long-term care setting is preferred but not necessary.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
