Job summary

Carvana's in-house creative agency seeks a rockstar Social Producer to manage end-to-end social production, from ideation to on-set supervision and fast-turn post. This on-site role, based at our Tempe HQ, emphasizes speed, platform fluency, and high-volume content creation.

You will partner with Creative and Brand teams to translate concepts into content that performs, including shooting, editing, and production coordination. A strong reel and leadership in social storytelling are required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record producing organic and paid social content at high volume.
• Hands-on editing for quick turnarounds.
• Comfort with shooting and basic audio/lighting on set.
• Budgeting, bidding, and vendor negotiation experience.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-volume, fast-turn social content across platforms.
• Manage shoots with talent, creators, and UGC content.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and adapt campaigns accordingly.
• Create cutdowns and ensure creative integrity across formats.
• Plan production schedules from same-day turns to week-long sprints.
• Manage creator relationships and usage rights.
• Edit rough cuts when needed and handle on-set production logistics.
• Operate camera/lighting/audio for lean shoots when required.
• Maintain budgets, contracts, and wrap folders for every production.
• Mentor junior producers on social-first practices.
