Job summary

Project FIND is seeking a Social Media & Volunteer Coordinator to develop original digital content, manage social platforms, and establish a formal volunteer program across its Older Adult Centers and housing residences.

You will collaborate with staff to coordinate volunteer experiences, cultivate corporate partnerships, and use platforms like Bloomerang, Jotform, Hootsuite, and Constant Contact for outreach and reporting. Some remote work may be available after the initial 90 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, nonprofit management, or related field preferred.
• At least two years of experience in social media, volunteer coordination, or nonprofit operations.
• Experience with original content creation, photography/video storytelling, and social media analytics.
• Familiarity with CRM and digital engagement tools like Bloomerang, Jotform, Hootsuite, Constant Contact.
• Strong organizational, written communication, project coordination, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop original photographs, videos, interviews, graphics, and stories with older adults and staff.
• Maintain a social media content calendar; schedule and publish across platforms.
• Analyze reach, engagement, and conversions; provide reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate volunteer program activities: recruitment, orientation, scheduling, and tracking.
• Collaborate with staff to identify volunteer needs and manage partnerships with corporate groups.
• Use Bloomerang, Jotform, Hootsuite, Constant Contact for outreach and reporting; obtain consent.
• Support events, publications, and communications with program and housing teams.
