Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Development, the Social Media & Volunteer Coordinator develops original digital content, manages social media engagement and analytics, and establishes a formal volunteer program across Project FIND’s Older Adult Centers and housing residences. • Maintain a social media content calendar and coordinate scheduling and publishing across relevant platforms.
  • Analyze reach, impressions, engagement, audience growth, and conversions; provide regular reports and recommendations.
  • Submit content to the Executive Director and Director of Development for approval before publication; obtain appropriate participant consent.
  • Perform minor website content updates, including events, photos, and program information.

  • Support development events, agency publications, and communications in collaboration with program and housing staff.
Performance & Evaluation
  • Assess current volunteer activities, corporate partnerships, and social media performance during the first 90 days.
