Allegiant is seeking a Social Media Support Representative to engage users, identify travel needs, modify reservations, and advise on travel-related issues to deliver a superior customer experience.

The role includes monitoring social channels, responding professionally, and collaborating with PR/Marketing to manage brand voice. Visa sponsorship is available; eligibility requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Combination of Education and Experience considered.
• Minimum six months of Customer Service experience.
• Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Ability to navigate multiple web applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound social conversations across channels to identify brand response opportunities.
• Engage with customers in a timely, professional manner and resolve issues.
• Multitask through multiple booking systems.
• Foster positive relationships with customers via social interactions.
• Identify potential PR crises and coordinate with Media Relations/PR team.
• Share content, promotions, and updates to enhance online presence.
• Analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
• Collaborate with call center, marketing, and PR for consistent messaging.
• Ensure training requirements are met (new hire, recurrent, etc.).
• Provide live chat/SMS or email support as needed.
