Responsibilities

• Monitor and engage with audience across social channels.
• Develop monthly social content across Atria brand pages.
• Triages negative comments with customer service and leadership.
• Review content with stakeholders and maintain quality standards.
• Facilitate social media coaching with community teams.
• Audit Facebook pages for compliance with standards.
• Build relationships with community teams to source local content.
• Track ongoing trends and provide content recommendations.
• Log social photography for future use.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
