Envida Social is a fast-growing social media agency that helps multifamily brands connect with residents, prospects, and communities through strategic storytelling and cutting-edge digital strategy. We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist to join our crew of creative thinkers, digital marketers, and trend-watchers to lead strategy across client accounts.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the social media strategy for a portfolio of multifamily and lifestyle clients
• Translate client goals into creative, measurable campaigns
• Analyze performance and optimize content strategy using insights and platform data
• Collaborate with content creators, account managers, and designers to produce engaging content
• Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and industry updates
• Present strategic reports and recommendations to clients with clarity and confidence
• Help shape the future of Envida’s content and reporting dashboard (yep, we’re building one!)

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing (agency experience = a plus!)
• A deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn – and how they work for brands
• Comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into action
• Strong eye for design and brand alignment
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Proactive, self-starter attitude with an obsession for social trends
• Bonus: Experience in multifamily, real estate, or property management marketing
