Job summary

Western States Metal Roofing, based in Phoenix, is seeking a hands-on Social Media Specialist. This full-time on-site role will help grow our national brand across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and more.

You will craft engaging content, manage a unified calendar, and translate trends into marketing ideas that drive lead generation and website traffic. Collaboration with Marketing leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional social media marketing experience.
• Experience managing business accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit.
• Experience with Adobe video editing tools, such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong working knowledge of Canva and social media best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Western States Metal Roofing’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with campaigns, product priorities, seasonal opportunities, and sales goals.
• Create engaging social media content including short-form video, long-form video, graphics, carousels, and promotional content.
• Film, edit, and produce video content for multiple platforms.
• Publish, schedule, and optimize content based on platform-specific best practices.
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement across platforms.
• Track performance and report on KPIs such as traffic, engagement, and leads.
