Remote Talent LATAM is seeking a Social Media Specialist for our US client. You’ll build and optimize a bold presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reddit, Nextdoor, and Facebook Groups, partnering with the Marketing Director to turn strategy into compelling content.

Responsibilities include content calendar creation, platform management for multiple locations, short‑form video editing, community engagement, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing business social media accounts with real KPIs.
• Strong grasp of consumer psychology to stop a scroll.
• Experience handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong copywriting skills with captions that drive engagement.
• Experience with scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later).
• Basic video editing with CapCut or Adobe Premiere Rush.
• Eye for visual content and basic design sense.
• Ability to analyze performance data and pull actionable insights.
• Self-directed with ideas, not just availability.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute content calendars across platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing Director on content ideas and strategy.
• Create posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos that resonate with homeowners.
• Write captions that sound human and engaging.
• Repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach.
• Manage 15 location-specific accounts (Facebook and Instagram).
• Build and grow our TikTok presence.
• Develop a YouTube strategy for long and short-form content.
• Establish and manage presence on Reddit, Nextdoor, and Facebook Groups.
• Edit short-form video for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Stories.
• Coordinate with field teams to capture before/after shots and testimonials.
• Create graphics and visual assets for posts and promotions.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and reviews promptly.
• Monitor brand mentions and turn positive interactions into shareable content.
• Track performance metrics and build weekly and monthly reports.
• Use data to drive content decisions and identify opportunities.
