The Social Media Specialist reports to the Director of Performance Marketing and is part of the performance marketing team but also collaborates heavily with the creative team. This role goes beyond content posting – it requires a performance marketing mindset that connects social media efforts with lead generation, website traffic, and overall business growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand identity, marketing initiatives, and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create engaging and visually appealing content, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements.
• Maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across all social media platforms.
• Brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
• Manages community engagement and UGC partnerships
• Stay up-to-date on emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate social media into broader marketing teams.

Experience & Skills:

• 4+ years of social media management experience, ideally in a performance-driven, brand-building role
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies that result in website traffic and lead generation
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
• Strong grasp of SEO, digital marketing funnels, and conversion rate optimization
• Ability to own the social media strategy and execute with minimal oversight while collaborating with the broader marketing team
• A passion for creativity, innovation, and social media trends

As the Social Media Specialist at System Pavers, you will see visible results of your work and everything you do will make a difference to the success of our entire company. System Pavers has a fantastic and dedicated team focused on helping our customer make memories with the friends and family. This is a full-time, remote position. Hourly compensation between $26.78-$33.48 DOE.
