Job summary

Sena Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Social Media Specialist for its Irving, TX office who will develop and execute organic social content for the motorcycle vertical. The role is on-site with travel up to 50% to shows and events.

You will create, shoot, and edit content across platforms, engage with the rider community, and collaborate on campaigns across Bicycle, Outdoor, and Marine lines.

Qualifications

• Must be an active motorcycle rider with strong understanding of motorcycle culture.
• 2–4 years of experience managing organic social media accounts for a brand, agency, or high-volume content creator.
• Strong experience creating short-form video and social media content, including filming, editing, and photography.
• Proficiency with content editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, InShot, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and evolving social media trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, film, edit, and publish engaging organic social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and execute platform-specific strategies to increase organic reach, engagement, and audience growth.
• Actively engage with the motorcycle community through comments, direct messages, and relevant online conversations.
• Travel regularly to motorcycle trade shows, races, consumer events, rallies, and other industry events to capture real-time and behind-the-scenes content.
• Create organic motorcycle content while traveling and represent the Sena brand at industry and consumer events.
• Monitor social media performance and use data and insights to continuously improve content strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other internal teams on product launches, campaigns, influencer partnerships, and brand initiatives.
• Support social media content and engagement for other Sena product verticals, including Bicycle, Outdoor, and Marine, as needed.

Job Summary:

The Social Media Marketing Specialist – Motorcycle Vertical is responsible for developing and executing organic social media content and engagement strategies for Sena’s motorcycle business.

This is a fully on-site, travel-intensive position based in Irving, Texas.
