Qualifications

• Strong experience creating short-form video and social media content, including filming, editing and photography.
• Proficiency with content editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, InShot or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, film, edit, and publish engaging organic social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Develop and execute platform-specific strategies to increase organic reach, engagement, and audience growth.
• Engage with the motorcycle community through comments, messages, and online conversations.
• Travel regularly to industry events to capture real-time content and support on-location shoots.
• Create organic motorcycle content while traveling and represent the Sena brand at events.
• Monitor social media performance and use data to improve content strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other teams on launches, campaigns, influencer partnerships, and brand initiatives.
• Support social media content for other Sena product verticals as needed.

Job Summary:

The Social Media Marketing Specialist – Motorcycle Vertical is responsible for developing and executing organic social media content and engagement strategies for Sena’s motorcycle business.

This is a fully on-site, travel-intensive position based in Irving, Texas. The employee will work from the Irving office when not traveling and is expected to travel regularly to motorcycle trade shows, races, consumer events, and other industry events to create on-location content. Travel may be up to approximately 50%, depending on business and event schedules.

An active motorcycle rider is required for this position, as the role requires a strong understanding of motorcycle culture, trends, terminology, and the rider community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, film, edit, and publish engaging organic social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and execute platform-specific strategies to increase organic reach, engagement, and audience growth.
• Actively engage with the motorcycle community through comments, direct messages, and relevant online conversations.
• Travel regularly to motorcycle trade shows, races, consumer events, rallies, and other industry events to capture real-time and behind-the-scenes content.
• Create organic motorcycle content while traveling and represent the Sena brand at industry and consumer events.
• Monitor social media performance and use data and insights to continuously improve content strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other internal teams on product launches, campaigns, influencer partnerships, and brand initiatives.
• Support social media content and engagement for other Sena product verticals, including Bicycle, Outdoor, and Marine, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be an active motorcycle rider with a strong understanding of motorcycle culture, lifestyle, trends, terminology, and rider communities.
• 2–4 years of experience managing organic social media accounts for a brand, agency, or high-volume content creator.
• Strong experience creating short-form video and social media content, including filming, editing, and photography.
• Proficiency with content editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, InShot, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and evolving social media trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work on-site at the Irving, Texas office when not traveling.
• Must be available to travel up to approximately 50%, including occasional weekends, depending on trade show, race, consumer event, and business schedules.
