Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Social Media Specialist in Chandler, AZ. The hybrid role focuses on expanding our B2B social presence, coordinating content calendars, and delivering on-brand copy across multiple channels.

You will support video content and collaborate with marketing and PR teams to align launches and leadership storytelling. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with major platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok), proficiency in Sprinklr, and a passion

Qualifications

• ABA/BS in public relations, communications, marketing, or a relevant field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Hands-on experience with brand channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok).
• Proven ability to write compelling B2B copy and basic video production/editing.
• Strong interest in the technology industry; prior B2B/tech comms experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly content calendar and manage daily publishing across brand channels using Sprinklr.
• Write sharp, on-brand social copy for trend reactions, event coverage, and campaigns.
• Support video-first content by creating/editing short-form video (Instagram Reels) with Canva or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Partner with internal marketing teams and external PR agency to integrate social into major launches and thought leadership initiatives.

As a Social Media Specialist, you will help bring our brand narrative to life. • Own the monthly content calendar and manage daily publishing across each of the company’s social media channels using the Sprinklr management platform.
• Write sharp, on‑brand social copy, ranging from quick‑turn trend reactions and event coverage to campaign‑focused content.
• Support our video‑first content strategy by creating and editing on‑trend, short‑form video segments (such as Instagram Reels) using tools like Canva or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Partner with internal marketing campaign teams and our external PR agency to ensure social media is seamlessly integrated into major launches and thought leadership initiatives.

What we’re looking for

• ABA/BS in public relations,communications,marketing, orarelevant field(or equivalentprofessionalexperience), paired with1-2+yearsofprofessionalexperiencein a dedicated social media or communications/marketing role.
• Ideal candidate will havesomehands‑onexperience working with standard brand channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok). Direct experience with Sprinklr or a similar enterprise social media management platform is highly preferred.
• Provenability to write compelling B2B copy and a strong familiarity with basic video production/editing for social platforms.
• Astrong interest in the technology industry; prior experience in B2B or tech communications is a major plus.
