Job summary

Insight is seeking a Marketing Specialist to manage all aspects of assigned company and partner events, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

You will work closely with business units, coordinate with internal teams, and execute communications and tactics to achieve event objectives. This role requires proactive planning, stakeholder collaboration, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of coordinating marketing events, conferences, client-facing events, incentive travel.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events from conception to execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned company and partner events on time and within budget, including but not limited to communicating with the business unit or teammate which requests the event, understanding the goals and objectives of the opportunity, and executing all communications and tactics to ensure the objectives are met. Along the way, you will get to:

• Outline and manage event timelines and milestones


• Meet with key event stakeholders to understand goals and objectives as well as budget


• Submit creative requests related to event needs and provide updates for creative teams to design, write or create needs.


• Review, negotiate and coordinate signing of event related contracts.

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university preferred; or related marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
