  • Closely track brand reputation, analyze trends, distribute press releases, and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns using Meltwater, the School’s media intelligence, social media management, and social listening platform.
  • Collaborate with Communications, Events, Admissions, Advancement, and Alumni Relations to ensure alignment of messaging and maximize visibility.
  • Monitor news and social trends to identify opportunities for proactive storytelling and thought leadership.

  • Demonstrated success creating and implementing social media campaigns and strategies.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of social media and/or PR work.

  • Experience using Meltwater or comparable media intelligence/social listening tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Background in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Established media contacts, particularly in the New York City region.
  • Professional or lived NYC experience.
  • This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule, requiring a minimum in-office presence of four (4) days per week during the academic year when classes are in session and during exam periods.
