Qualifications

• Must have 15–28 hours of availability to be in office Mon-Fri during 8am-5pm; remote work not permitted.
• PC, Windows-based computer proficiency.
• Strong creative and editorial writing skills.
• Strong interviewing skills and ability to create timely and newsworthy stories.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with diverse university/community.
• Strong proofreading and editing skills.
• Ability to provide technical coordination and management of development projects.
• Social media program planning and implementation skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new communities and manage online communities on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media as appropriate.
• Collaborate on and implement Social Media Plan.
• Work with WRC team to ensure content and messaging online aligns with organizational goals.
• Aggregate and/or create video and art content.
• Update department website.
• Other duties as assigned.
