Job summary

WHOOP is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to amplify a culturally relevant social presence as we scale globally. You will own the systems that keep the Social team moving—managing the content calendar, briefs, assets, approvals, and launches—with a strong eye for detail and organization.

You’ll lead day-to-day publishing across WHOOP’s social channels, coordinate production through briefs and approvals, and contribute ideas to strengthen how WHOOP shows up online from Boston.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing social accounts for a brand, creator, or media company.
• Strong, platform-native understanding of major social platforms and trends.
• Experience using Sprinklr or similar tools, plus project management tools like monday.com and Notion.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the social content calendar with briefs, assets, copy, owners, approvals, and launch dates.
• Lead day-to-day publishing across WHOOP social channels, scheduling and posting with copy, tags, links, and formatting.
• Coordinate content workflows from brief through production, review, approval, and publishing.
• Lead social calendar checkpoints, ensuring ownership, next steps, and on-time launches.
• Maintain publishing, project management, and analytics systems with reliable performance data.
• Contribute to brainstorms, monitor trends, and identify insights for future content.
