Our client is one of the most exciting startups in the AI-powered influencer marketing space — and we’re looking for a Social Media & Brand Marketing Manager to take us to the next level.

You won’t just manage social media.

You will own it and become the client's voice and personality on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and beyond.

This isn’t a “behind-the-scenes” role. This is your chance to build a breakout brand in public, create content people actually want to engage with, and lead the charge in building their visibility far beyond LinkedIn.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead our social growth across TikTok, YouTube, IG, and emerging channels
  • (LinkedIn’s covered — your mission is everywhere else)
  • Develop a bold, creator-led strategy that drives real community engagement
  • Ideate, script, and launch highly creative content — from reels to interviews, podcasts to campaigns
  • Build a media engine around the brand: stories, people, and products
  • Own the narrative: be the on-camera face or creative lead
  • Identify collabs with influencers, founders, and creators that align with our mission
  • Push boundaries. Test formats. Make people stop scrolling.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A creator at heart — someone who lives content, not just “manages” it
  • Proven experience building social brands from scratch — ideally at a fast-growing SaaS or creator-tech company
  • 5–8 years in social media, content, or community marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to turn platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram into growth channels
  • Strong POV on brand, personal storytelling, and building audience trust
  • A hands-on, experimental, energetic operator — you test, you post, you learn fast
  • You want to be in front of the camera… or you know how to bring a brand’s voice to life on screen
