Job summary

Anchor Home, a Baltimore County-based human services organization, is seeking a Content Creation & Marketing Intern for Spring 2027. You will support email campaigns, social content, newsletters, and branded materials while learning hands-on digital marketing skills.

The role offers exposure to Canva and CapCut, collaboration with leadership, and opportunities to contribute to impactful programs across Residential Services, Community Development, and Personal Support.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging email marketing campaigns
• Develop and publish content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Design and distribute monthly newsletters
• Utilize Canva and CapCut to create visual and video content
• Repurpose existing content to communicate Anchor Home’s mission, values, and impact
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and slide decks for leadership
• Design branded graphics and marketing materials for campaigns
• Support general marketing projects and administrative tasks
