Ajaia | AI Consultancy in New York invites a Social Media and Marketing Intern to craft content that represents our brand across platforms.

You will edit short-form video, design graphics, write captions, and help manage a weekly content calendar. We value taste over credentials and expect you to deliver publish-ready work with ownership.

You will use AI daily to accelerate drafts but maintain a human voice and distinct brand tone, while gaining exposure to diverse marketing scenarios.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program or recently graduated.
• Proficiency with video editing and design tools.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for content and an opinion about where they help and where they do not.
• Strong writing and ability to hold a voice across formats.
• Genuine interest in AI and its impact on work.
• Available 10 to 25 hours per week, flexible around class schedule.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Cut short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and X from long-form material.
• Design graphics, carousels, and story frames for Instagram and product accounts.
• Write platform-native captions and posts, ensuring channel-specific messaging.
• Help build and manage the weekly content calendar and keep it shipping.
• Develop repeatable AI-assisted content workflows to improve efficiency.
• Pull weekly metrics, interpret them, and suggest one change.
• Track formats, hooks, sounds, and trends, and test two ideas.
• Keep the asset library organized and accessible.
