Job summary

Ajaia is hiring a Marketing Associate to run our social channels, launch and grow the podcast, and craft copy that reflects a real voice. You’ll own the weekly content calendar, help ship campaigns, and push ideas into public product stories.

We seek a strong writer who uses AI to produce excellent work quickly, not generic AI noise. This on-site role in New York involves writing, video, design, and collaboration to build a consistent brand across channels.

Qualifications

• Strong writer with real taste and ability to craft copy
• Ability to manage social channels and content calendar
• Experience with AI-assisted content production

Responsibilities

• Run Ajaia's social accounts day to day: LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X
• Launch and grow the podcast: format, guests, recording, clips, show notes, distribution
• Write email and site copy that sounds human
• Hold the weekly content calendar and ensure steady output
• Support product launches with content plans
• Pull weekly metrics and propose improvements
• Develop AI-assisted workflows to streamline repetitive tasks
• Maintain asset library and consistent brand voice across channels
• Create and ship content across formats (writing, video, design)
• Be on-site in New York
