We’re looking for a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator who’s excited to lead and evolve our digital brand. In this role, you’ll manage and grow our presence across social platforms, develop compelling content, and play a pivotal role in launching InRhythm’s first-ever podcast. As our Social Media & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll bring InRhythm’s vision, culture, and capabilities to life through thoughtful, well-executed digital campaigns. You’ll build strategies, schedule content, optimize performance, and help set the tone across all external channels. You’ll also spearhead our new InRhythm podcast, a platform for conversations with industry leaders, team members, and clients exploring the future of digital transformation.

What You’ll Do

As the Social Media & Marketing Coordinator at InRhythm, you will:

  • Manage InRhythm’s presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and other digital channels
  • Create, schedule, and optimize engaging social content that tells our story and resonates with target audiences
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing collateral and social content
  • Analyze content performance using Google Analytics and other tools; report on KPIs and suggest improvements
  • Implement SEO best practices for organic growth and online visibility
  • Use tools like Buffer, HootSuite, or Sprout Social to manage, plan, and monitor campaigns
  • Maintain and update website content using WordPress or similar CMS platforms
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source stories, project highlights, and thought leadership content
  • Launch and manage InRhythm’s first branded podcast—from ideation and booking guests to production and promotion
  • Stay on top of trends in tech and digital media, keeping InRhythm’s messaging fresh and relevant

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media and/or digital marketing; B2B or tech industry experience is a plus
  • Strong grasp of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization strategies
  • Proficiency with social media management platforms like Buffer, HootSuite, or similar
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms such as WordPress
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for crafting compelling copy and captions
  • Comfort creating basic visuals or collaborating with designers to bring content to life
  • An eye for trends and an instinct for what makes content engaging and shareable
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—you’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Bonus: Interest or experience in podcast development, editing, or storytelling
