Pragmatike is seeking a remote Social Media Manager to own content creation, community engagement, and strategy for a global audience. You will work with leadership to publish authentic content and support product launches, with responsibility for video production and influencer collaboration.

You should bring a strong portfolio, excellent English, and the ability to manage multiple platforms with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

About The Opportunity

Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing AI consumer technology company seeking a Social Media Manager to grow its global online presence and build meaningful relationships with its community.

You’ll take ownership of social media strategy and execution across multiple platforms, creating engaging content, managing online communities, collaborating with creators, and supporting product launches and brand initiatives.

This is a hands‑on role combining content creation, community management, and social media strategy. You’ll work closely with leadership and marketing teams, taking ideas from concept to publication and helping turn audience engagement into measurable business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as X, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.


• Develop and execute a social media content strategy and publishing calendar.


• Create, film, edit, and publish engaging content, including short‑form videos, product demonstrations, and behind‑the‑scenes material.


• Represent the brand on camera and create authentic content that connects with its audience.


• Manage online communities across platforms such as Discord and Reddit, engaging with users and supporting community moderators.


• Monitor community conversations, identify feedback and emerging trends, and share relevant insights with product and leadership teams.


• Handle public communications during sensitive situations, ensuring timely and thoughtful responses.


• Identify and collaborate with relevant creators and influencers to expand organic reach.


• Support leadership’s social media presence and develop content around company initiatives and product updates.


• Track social media performance, engagement, audience growth, and conversion metrics to continuously improve results.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts for consumer‑facing brands.


• Demonstrated experience across X, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.


• A portfolio of content creation work, including videos where you appear on camera. This is a key requirement.


• Strong video production skills, including filming, editing, and publishing content independently.


• Experience managing online communities through platforms such as Discord, Reddit, or similar.


• Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement strategies.


• Ability to develop social media strategy while remaining directly involved in execution.


• Excellent written and spoken English.


• Strong communication skills and good judgment when representing a brand publicly.


• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience building a personal social media following.


• Background in consumer subscription applications, AI, technology, relationships, or wellbeing.


• Experience working directly with founders or executives on their personal brand.


• Experience managing communities through significant product changes or periods of rapid growth.


• Familiarity with TikTok and emerging social platforms.
