Job summary

Her PLAN in Arlington, Virginia seeks an energetic Social Media Manager to drive digital strategy and inspire pro-life Americans to support moms and their children. You will create content, manage organic and paid channels, and grow the program's reach under the Marketing & Communications Director.

You will build and maintain photo/video assets, collaborate with SBA Pro-Life America’s Communications Team, and coordinate rapid response design needs.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and executing social media strategies across organic and paid channels.
• Proven ability to manage content calendars and brand voice.
• Strong written and visual storytelling with pro-life messaging.

Responsibilities

• Create content and manage Her PLAN’s organic and paid social media channels.
• Develop a strategic social media plan with Marketing & Communications Director.
• Film, edit and package video content for Her PLAN staff and programs.
• Manage influencer relationships and execute influencer marketing.
• Provide regular reporting on performance and optimize accordingly.
• Maintain photo and video asset libraries and design needs.
