Job description

KTSF is seeking a part-time Content Creator and Social Media Manager for its KTSF Go Lifestyle Information Platform.

This person will be responsible for creating and publishing in-depth, high-quality content in simplified Chinese on topics such as travel, education, relationships, and other lifestyle areas. This job is 100% remote within California. The ideal candidate is a hardworking team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms. Work hours: 15 hours per week. Salary range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Research and formulate ideas on a variety of topics quickly.
• Strategize and incorporate products and services into content.
• Utilize AI generative tools to assist in content creation and fact-checking.
• Create 1 to 2 pieces of content per hour, each between 800-1500 words, in simplified Chinese.
• Incorporate photos and advertisements.
• Translate content into English.
• Post content to website and social media platforms.
• Monitor engagement and enhance the reach of the content on social media.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Knowledge of web publishing requirements (SEO, SEM).
• Experience in videography and production.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, Chinese, advertising, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
• At least two years of content creation experience.
