Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role (fully remote of the right candidate) for a Social Media Manager based in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing and optimizing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and overseeing all social media communications. Day-to-day tasks include content creation, campaign planning, and engagement with our community across all social media platforms to boost brand visibility and growth.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience working in social media marketing, preferably within the beauty industry.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts and engaging with online communities.
• Strong knowledge about all social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook & LinkedIn
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly in-tune w/ trends & culture
• A social butterfly that loves daily human interaction
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Preferablylocatedin the DMV Area. This is a hybrid position but can be fully remote for the right candidate
