ResMed seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist, Social Media to enhance brand presence and engage audiences across platforms. This role involves creating integrated marketing strategies, managing social media content through tools like Sprinklr, and ensuring excellent community engagement. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a deep understanding of social media trends, as they will contribute significantly to the company’s marketing efforts.
The primary role of Global Marketing function is to define and implement programs specifically designed to promote and extend ResMed’s brand strength and to maintain ResMed’s brand identity system. Key deliverables include overseeing our global and regional social media strategies. This role requires expertise in managing social media platforms, developing social media content, engaging with communities in real time, and building strong relationships with influencers and brand advocates. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and experience using social media management tools like Sprinklr.

Employees accrue three weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) in their first year of employment, receive 11 paid holidays plus 3 floating days and are eligible for 14 weeks of primary caregiver or two weeks of secondary caregiver leave when welcoming new family members. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance. For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.Base Pay Range for this position:$113,000- $141,000 USD.
