LandEarly is seeking a Social Media Manager to build and run its social presence across platforms. You will shape how the brand shows up publicly, grow engaged audiences, and turn product moments into content that resonates.

You will own the posting calendar across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and X; craft posts and short-form video; track engagement and adjust strategy based on data; partner with product, marketing and customer teams to source stories.

Qualificações

• Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or tech product.
• Excellent writing and storytelling to reflect brand voice.
• Comfort creating or coordinating short-form video content.
• Ability to read analytics and adapt content strategy.
• Independent, can manage a calendar and deadlines.
• Familiarity with current social media trends and best practices.

LandEarly, an auto-apply tool that helps job seekers find fresh postings and submit tailored applications quickly, is looking for a Social Media Manager to build and run its social presence across platforms. You'll be responsible for shaping how the brand shows up publicly, growing engaged audiences, and turning product moments - like new features and user success stories - into content that resonates.

What you'll do

• Own the social media calendar and posting cadence across platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and X
• Write, design, or coordinate creation of posts, short-form video, and campaigns that reflect the brand's voice
• Track engagement, follower growth, and other key metrics, and adjust strategy based on performance
• Partner with product, marketing, and customer teams to source stories, testimonials, and announcements worth sharing
• Monitor trends and conversations relevant to job search, careers, and AI tools, and respond or engage where appropriate
• Manage community engagement - responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, on-brand way

What we're looking for

• Experience managing social media accounts professionally, ideally for a consumer or tech brand
• Strong writing skills and a good eye for what makes content stop the scroll
• Comfort with short-form video creation and editing tools
• Ability to read analytics and translate data into a clear content strategy
• Self-starter who can manage a content calendar independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with current social media trends and platform-specific best practices

Nice to have

• Experience marketing to job seekers, career changers, or in the HR/recruiting tech space
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
• Experience running paid social campaigns in addition to organic content
