Auraa London is seeking a proactive social media manager to handle Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. You’ll create reels, captions and visuals, manage comments, and grow an engaged audience. The role emphasizes attitude and drive over a polished CV.

Expect 5–8 hours daily with freelance flexibility and a minimum one-year commitment. You will work remotely from the United States, with a fast-paced learning curve and opportunities to use AI tools for content generation.

Who this is for

You should arrive with the basics of social media handling in place. Beyond that we care more about attitude than your CV we would rather take half the skills and twice the drive, because the rest can be taught and we will teach it. More experience moves you up the pile; a strong attitude with less experience still gets read properly.

What You'll Be Doing

Your core job more than 50% of the role

• Running our handles across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, and creating the reels, video, graphics and posts that fill them. This is the heart of the job.
• Planning the content calendar and hitting every date on it.
• Writing captions, hooks and hashtags that make people stop, comment and buy.
• Replying to comments and DMs, and building a community that actually talks to us.
• Editing video, designing thumbnails and creatives, and generating AI content and UGC-style ads.
• Using AI platforms Runway, Pika, Sora or equivalent to produce content faster than a traditional team can, and finding new ones yourself.
• Studying the algorithms constantly. Platform rules change every few weeks. Know what is working this month, test it on our accounts, tell us what you learned.

What you'll grow into

You will pick these up with us, and they are where the role and your pay grow:

• Supporting Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Supporting Google Ads across Search, Shopping, Display and Performance Max.
• Helping with SEO and content optimisation.
• Tracking performance, reviewing engagement data, and putting together simple reports that tell us what to do more of.

Essential

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Real working knowledge of how Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube behave, and genuine interest in why some content wins.
• 5–8 hours a day, consistently. Finish early and you can sign off.
• A reliable laptop and stable internet.
• Able to commit for at least one year, starting immediately or at short notice.
• Nice to have, not required: Canva, CapCut, Claude or the Instagram Edits app; AI video tools; any exposure to SEO, Google Ads or Meta Ads; pages you have run yourself.

Probation is three months and we will shorten it if your work earns it, with your pay reviewed at the same time. In return for freelance flexibility we ask for a minimum one-year commitment and consistent daily hours.
