Simple is a fast-growing mobile app helping millions of people feel healthier, more confident, and more in control of their routines. With over 15 million downloads and 300K+ 5-star reviews, we’re building a product people love, and we’re now looking for a Social Media Manager to join our social media team and help more people discover Simple.

Instagram is a big part of how we grow. We’ve already passed 5 million organic impressions, with the majority of that coming from content we’ve created in-house: whether it’s repurposed creator footage or reactive Reels we produce ourselves.

Now we want to go further:

  • Scale what’s already working through more creative Reels and in-house production
  • Partner with influencers and creators for collab content that brings in fresh reach and revenue
  • Continue using light storytelling from real users to build connection and trust

This role is ideal for someone who’s hands-on with content, plugged into trends, and understands how to grow a brand using the language of social platforms. You’ll be both the strategist and the producer, leading a content system that gets results.

Please note that this is a full-time, contract position.

What you’ll do:
  • Oversee production of Instagram Reels that are trend-aware, product-connected, and culturally relevant
  • Manage the end-to-end content process: trend spotting, scripting, briefing editors, and publishing
  • Find and manage creators to produce native UGC content that aligns with brand goals
  • Pitch and launch influencer collab posts to expand reach and generate organic revenue
  • Help tell authentic, human stories—whether it’s through success snippets, relatable moments, or educational content
  • Partner with Growth, Creative, and Product teams to keep content aligned with product updates and campaign goals
  • Track what’s working, learn from what’s not, and keep content fresh, relevant, and fun :)
Who are you:
  • 3+ years of experience running social accounts, ideally for consumer brands or startups
  • Experience with US market / US-based clients
  • Comfortable creating short-form video content, or managing creators who do
  • Fluent English (C1+ level or native speaker equivalent)
  • Naturally curious, up to date on trends, and full of ideas
