Are you a creative and strategic thinker passionate about social media and storytelling? Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain a social media calendar focused on B2B engagement across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Manage daily posting, monitoring, and community interactions across all channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and campaigns with broader business goals.
  • Design and produce original content using Canva, Figma, CapCut, and other tools — including video, static visuals, and animations.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize engagement and growth.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and high standards across all digital touchpoints.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field, preferably focused on B2B audiences.
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in content creation with a strong understanding of social platform best practices.
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Figma, and CapCut; Spinklr knowledge is a plus.
  • Confident in analyzing data to inform content strategy and measure success.
  • Skilled in community management with sound judgment for public-facing communication.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in remote, fast-paced environments.
  • A passion for live experiences and storytelling.
