The Role

As a Social Media Manager at Air Apps, you will develop and execute innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive growth in followers, engagement, and conversions. You will collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to ensure alignment with broader brand and business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including text, images, and videos aligned with our brand voice.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive online community.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and refine strategies.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates to keep campaigns innovative.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators for cohesive content.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience managing social media campaigns and online communities.
  • Strong copywriting skills and understanding of brand voice.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
  • Ability to analyze social media data and translate insights into strategies.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with visual storytelling skills.
