About The Role
The role owns the social media presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — building audience, driving engagement, and feeding measurable demand into the marketing funnel.
You will translate brand positioning and product launches into platform-native content, collaborate with content and design teams, and report on what's actually working with hard numbers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the editorial calendar across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, publishing 5+ posts per week per priority channel
- Grow follower base and engagement rates quarter-over-quarter, with clear targets by platform and audience segment
- Produce and ship short-form video content using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Descript — no heavy production dependencies
- Run paid social campaigns through LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads Manager, managing budget allocation and creative testing
- Monitor social listening and community conversations using tools like Sprout Social or Brandwatch; flag trends and elevate PR risks
- Partner with content, design, and demand‑gen teams on launch campaigns, webinars, and executive thought‑leadership programs
- Report weekly on reach, engagement, CTR, and social‑attributed pipeline using GA4 and native platform analytics
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years managing organic and paid social media for a B2B or B2C tech brand
- Demonstrated track record of growing channels from thousands to tens of thousands of engaged followers
- Hands‑on experience with scheduling and analytics platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
- Strong copywriting skills — able to write platform‑native content, not just adapt press releases
- Working knowledge of paid social bidding, targeting, and creative testing on LinkedIn and Meta
- Basic video editing and comfort appearing on camera or directing others on‑camera
- Bonus: experience with employee advocacy programs, community management on Discord or Slack, or AI-assisted content workflows
