About The Role

We are looking for a creative, highly organized, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our multi-platform strategy and execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands how to build community and engagement through content, and is excited to be the voice and face of a dynamic, scent-forward brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain content calendars across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Monitor performance metrics including engagement, follower growth, and conversions to optimize strategy
• Develop and implement innovative, brand-aligned social media strategies
• Collaborate on or independently produce engaging content including videos, graphics, and interactive posts
• Stay informed on emerging social trends, tools, and best practices
• Partner with internal teams (marketing, design, product) to ensure alignment across initiatives
  
  

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
• Proficiency with creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or in-platform editing tools
• Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics platforms (e.g. Dash Hudson, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and platforms simultaneously
• Demonstrated creativity and an understanding of how to build authentic engagement
• Comfortable being on camera and representing the brand in content
