The candidate is expected to be hands-on with web services and server-side experience. You will analyze business requirements, interact with different business teams, and be part of the solution design process. You will work on Node.js, NoSQL, etc., developing server APIs/components. You will also be involved in scaling applications and database infrastructure processes.

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and highly creative Social Media Manager to elevate our brand presence and position social media as a key driver for brand building and lead generation. This role requires someone who is passionate about social media, understands audience behavior, and can create engaging conversations that impact our business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
   • Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with lead generation and brand-building goals.
   • Create engaging, conversation-driven content that positions us as a thought leader in B2B tech, AI, and enterprise automation.
   • Draft compelling social media posts highlighting leadership insights and industry perspectives.
   • Repurpose content assets into various post formats to maximize engagement.
   • Create visually engaging posts using Canva or similar tools.
2. Community Engagement & Growth
   • Monitor and engage with audiences across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
   • Respond to comments and participate in industry discussions.
   • Collaborate with internal teams to promote product launches and campaigns.
3. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
   • Use social media management tools for scheduling, monitoring, and automation.
   • Build dashboards and reports to track engagement, growth, traffic, and leads.
   • Provide insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
   • Stay updated on trends and platform algorithms.
4. Lead Generation & Performance Tracking
   • Align social media efforts with marketing and demand generation teams.
   • Track leads, engagement-to-conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
   • Implement testing and segmentation to improve results.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, success in B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise tech preferred.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Experience with social media tools (Sprout Social, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Expertise in analytics, reporting, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of SEO, algorithms, and engagement strategies.
• 2+ years experience with Figma, Canva, and Asana.
• Passion for emerging trends, AI content strategies, and data-driven decisions.
• Portfolio of social content and performance.
• Additional skills: 5+ years with Figma (creation, editing, animation), Adobe suite (video editing, animation), AI tools for content creation.
