Children’s Happy Teeth & Happy Braces seeks a creative Digital Marketing & Social Media Assistant to join our in-house team in Torrance, CA. This full-time, on-site role blends content creation, brand management, and social media strategy to engage families across locations.

You’ll develop eye-catching visuals in Canva, schedule posts, collaborate with our marketing agency, and help grow our online presence while maintaining brand consistency across pediatric dentistry and orthodontic brands.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related role.
• Marketing agency experience or experience managing multiple brands, clients, or business locations is a plus.
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to turn ideas into engaging content.
• A portfolio or examples of previous social media content and creative work is highly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Location Brand Management: Help maintain a cohesive brand identity across our pediatric dentistry and orthodontic brands and multiple office locations.
• Online Brand Presence: Help maintain a consistent, engaging, and professional brand image across our digital platforms and locations
• Social Media Management: Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Creative Content & Design: Create engaging graphics, short‑form videos, campaign materials, and other branded visuals using Canva or similar design tools.
• Marketing Campaigns & Promotions: Execute promotional campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and practice-specific marketing projects.
• Reputation Management: Support initiatives to increase patient reviews, strengthen our online reputation, and showcase positive patient experiences.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor reports and analytics, engagement, and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Agency Coordination: Collaborate with our external marketing agency on content needs, website updates, and brand consistency while supporting the day-to-day execution of internal marketing initiatives.
• Team Collaboration: Work with leadership and office teams to gather content, highlight team and patient experiences, and develop creative ideas that bring our brands to life.
