PureFYX is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to lead our brand voice across all social platforms from our Cleveland, OH office. You will craft engaging content, manage posting calendars, and drive audience growth while collaborating with marketing teams to support campaigns.

The role requires a track record of growing engagement, strong copy and design sensibilities, and familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Meta Business Suite.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of growing social media audiences and driving engagement.
• Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content including graphics, reels, stories, and copy.
• Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
• Track and analyze KPIs and deliver regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social content with marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Stay current on social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms.
• Manage paid social advertising campaigns and optimize for reach and conversions.
