Soul Space in Cleveland, OH is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to shape and amplify our brand across digital platforms. You will connect with a vibrant community, bringing wellness storytelling to life online.

You’ll analyze performance, collaborate on promos, stay ahead of trends, and manage influencer partnerships and UGC. Strong copywriting and design skills with Canva/Adobe are valued. 2+ years’ experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of social media management or digital marketing experience.
• Proficiency with major platforms and scheduling tools; analytics dashboards.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling and visual content creation skills.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to report on performance.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
• Create, curate, and schedule compelling content including graphics, reels, stories, and copy.
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers to build an active online community.
• Track and analyze KPIs and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social content with promotions, events, and brand campaigns.
• Stay current on social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms.
• Manage influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives.
