Location: Bend, Oregon (work from home hybrid involves on-site client commitments)

Status: Part Time 15-25 hours/week

Job Summary: Lift Social Media Management & Bend Epicurean is seeking a part-time non-exempt (hourly) Social Media Manager to join our creative and community-focused team of eight marketing professionals. This role offers flexible hours and competitive compensation (DOE). You will work remotely but will have regular in-person commitments in Central Oregon for client business visits, event participation, and on-site content creation. We’re looking for a creative, driven individual with strong organizational and digital content creation skills, passionate about supporting local businesses and communities.

This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional seeking flexible, primarily remote arrangement, with in-person time reserved for client meetings, production days, and content creation. Candidates should bring prior experience at the Senior Marketing Coordinator level (or above) and have a proven track record managing a curated portfolio of clients.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident overseeing social media accounts end-to-end—including content calendars, copywriting, and day-to-day client execution. You’re proactive, self-directed, and excited to contribute meaningfully to a growing boutique digital agency based in Bend, Oregon. Photography and basic editing experience are a strong plus.

Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Owner: Serves as the strategic owner of a specified portfolio of clients, translating content goals and brand pillars into clear monthly deliverables. Directs full content lifecycle—from planning and production through copywriting, publishing, and paid amplification (when applicable)—while managing approvals, feedback loops, and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Content Creation & Coordination: Design, create, and publish visually compelling content for client accounts, including photos, videos, and graphics, using tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and Canva.
  • Campaign Management: Utilize Monday.com or other project management tools to plan, organize, and manage content schedules, client approvals, and project timelines.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with client businesses and attend events in the Central Oregon area to capture authentic, real‑time content.
  • Asset Management: Handle and manage digital assets effectively in Dropbox and other media storage platforms.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use data from social platforms and internal analytics to assess campaign performance and provide insights for optimizing content strategies.
  • AI Tools: Leverage AI tools for crafting marketing language, scripting, and creating custom imagery/video to align with client goals.
  • Brand Storytelling: Tell each client’s unique story by aligning with their brand voice and values to create content that resonates with their audience.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential Skills
  • Previous experience managing client assets and campaigns within Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Proficiency in photography and video editing (CapCut or preferred platform).
  • Experience with Canva for graphic design and content creation.
  • Experience using Dropbox for media storage and organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for copywriting and custom imagery.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of project management tools like Monday.com.
  • Certifications in Meta Business Suite, Social Media Advertising, SEO, or similar.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively.
  • Highly organized, self‑starter, detail‑oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Passion for videography, photography, and creative design.
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Collaborative and adaptable to a fast‑paced environment.

Location: Must be based in Bend, OR, or surrounding areas for regular on‑site commitments.
