Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain engaging, relevant content across all social media platforms to promote brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Monitor customer feedback, respond to comments and messages promptly, and implement reputation management best practices.
  • Utilize all social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, etc.
  • Stay updated on all sales, service, and parts promotions; ensure outdated or expired offers are removed promptly.
  • Plan, promote, and post weekly and monthly employee engagement events, including team-building initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external media partners for strategic content placement.
  • Highlight dealership involvement in community events, partnerships, and charitable efforts.
  • Support various tasks as directed by management to ensure the dealership’s digital success.
Qualifications:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience, automotive experience a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and their optimal use in different scenarios.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through written and video formats.
  • Team player with leadership qualities for content development and reputation management.
  • Good technical understanding and quick learner of new tools.
  • Marketing degree preferred but not required.
  • Remote position with occasional site visits possible.
